CBP can also help you with your property management needs in Oregon and Washington. After many requests from clients who purchase recreational and investment properties for referrals to management companies and clients looking for places to rent, we have opened the property management branch. We are licensed through the Oregon Real Estate Agency and are members of Metro Multifamily Housing Association.
We can help you with the following:
- Evaluation of your property regularly
- Showcase and marketing of your property
- Advise you on proper legal paperwork to protect you and your property
- Screening of renters
- Obtaining and tracking monthly rent collection and dispersal
- Maintaining your property
- Other additional requests
Fees:
- Start-up = $100 (one time charge)
- Management Fee: 1 - 2 homes 10% of each months rent ($75 minimum); 3+ homes quoted individually
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday By Appointment Only
