CBP has licensed Brokers/Agents in both Oregon and Washington, which will allow the ability and experience to search the entire metro area for a client’s perfect home. CBP brokers/agents have been involved in many types of real estate; residential, commercial, corporate relocation services, rural residential, new construction, investment properties, foreclosures, multifamily, and 1031 exchanges. This gives CBP a superior knowledge of building, remodeling, and maintaining a home.
