Chris Balmes PC, GRI, e-PRO and her daughter, Lisa Balmes PC, e-PRO, opened Chris Balmes Properties (CBP) to service the Portland, OR metropolitan area in 2007. CBP has licensed Brokers/Agents in both Oregon and Washington, which will allow the ability and experience to search the entire metro area for a client’s perfect home. CBP brokers/agents have been involved in many types of real estate; residential, commercial, corporate relocation services, rural residential, new construction, investment properties, foreclosures, multifamily, and 1031 exchanges. This gives CBP a superior knowledge of building, remodeling, and maintaining a home.
The Portland Business Journal names CBP as a Top Real Estate Firm for the second consecutive year. This is a phenomenal milestone for us, as we formed the company in March 2007. We appreciate the support of our long time clients, vendors, friends and community for all the support.
CBP has now added Property Management as a service for our clients. Adding this service has allowed our clients the opportunity to sell, buy and manage their properties all with Chris Balmes Properties.
