Chris Balmes PC, GRI, e-PRO and her daughter, Lisa Balmes PC, e-PRO, opened Chris Balmes Properties (CBP) to service the Portland, OR metropolitan area in 2007. CBP has licensed Brokers/Agents in both Oregon and Washington, which will allow the ability and experience to search the entire metro area for a client’s perfect home. We also have a bilingual Broker fluent in Spanish. CBP Brokers/Agents have been involved in many types of real estate; residential, short sales, REO properties, commercial, corporate relocation services, rural residential, new construction, investment properties, foreclosures, multifamily, and 1031 exchanges. This gives CBP a superior knowledge of building, remodeling, and maintaining a home.
CBP has a Property Management division as a service for our clients. Adding this service has allowed our clients the opportunity to sell, buy and manage their properties all with Chris Balmes Properties.
The Portland Business Journal names CBP as 2009 #12 Top Real Estate Firm. This moves CBP up from #18 in 2008 and #17 in 2007. This is a phenomenal milestone for us, as we formed the company in March 2007. We appreciate the support of our long time clients, vendors, friends and community for all the support.

Vancouver Green Farm---2 of our clients bought a 1910 Farm house on 2 acres in Vancouver and plan to turn it into a Net Zero Sustainable Farm. This is first of it's kind in this area.
